Furtivo was entrusted with the creation of a comprehensive Design Standards Book, White Books, and Brand Guidelines for an international hotel operator, covering four of its prestigious brands. The aim of the project was to define cohesive design standards across the operator’s resort portfolio, ensuring consistency in design, programming, atmosphere, guest experiences, and technical specifications.
This innovative design framework compiles years of expertise and hospitality knowledge into one definitive edition. It serves as a guiding manual for operators, owners, architects, interior designers, and all third-party collaborators, ensuring a unified vision and high standards in the development or renovation of each asset.
